Important notice!
Unfortunately there are always some of the ordered items generally not on stock due to seasonal availability, shelf live aspects or specialties for foreign seamen. Nevertheless most of these items are mainly shortly locally available and we have the possibility to pick them up in time. (Our local suppliers have 8:00 – 17:00 working hours, from Monday to Friday)
Due to above mentioned reasons we kindly ask you for sake of smooth realization of your orders to send them well in time with a minimum lead – time of approximately 24 hours before delivery. Furthermore for deliveries on weekends we kindly ask to send these orders until Thursday 12:00 o’clock.
Keeping above information in mind for future orders and working together more co-operatively it will be more effective and reliable to fulfill your orders according to your expectations.
